Enterprise Response features
Action Plan Escalation - This allows alarms to be escalated to a higher priority action plan after a set amount of time if there is no operator response.
Call out availability - This allows Users and other Response members (user types, user groups etc.) to have schedules including a daily response schedule and "week-on week-off" type schedules that will affect their call out availability and assigned tasks.
IntelliSense - Automatically finish common sentence when typing in text fields.
Right Action Panel - Allows use of the right hand menu in the main workstation UI.
Operator Filtering - Allow operators to be restricted to only see and response to a subset of customers and/or action plans.
Multi Complete per Client - Allow operators to multi complete and handle a single clients Activations from inside the Clients Activations tab.
Scheduled Action Plans - Patriot can use a customisable schedule, the client schedule or the client arm/disarm status to determine which action plan should be used for an alarm event.
Markdown support - allows instructions to use colors, lists, url links and other font modifications
Monitor Restores - Outstanding restore signals can be viewed and removed by operators.

Auto Complete Late to Close - Allows Late to Close events to be automatically completed when an arm signal is received.
Auto Status reminders - Allows for option to prevent follow up reminders on auto status alarms.
Disable Open / Close Monitoring - Allows for disabling of Open Close monitoring on individual schedules.
Runaway Alarm Monitoring - Allows handling for repeating signals from the same client/zone/module within quick succession.
Multi Knock Alarm Monitoring - Multi Knock allows Patriot to automatically escalate an alarm if more than one alarm signal of the same action plan is received within a configurable time period.
Auto Complete - Add support for Auto Complete and Delayed Auto Complete.
