Concurrent Signal Processing

With the Concurrent Signal Processing module, the Patriot Data service can process multiple signals in parallel.

Overview​

  • Signals are grouped by client (across all areas)
  • Each signal within the client-group is processed in order
  • The data service processes signals from multiple groups simultaneously.

Configuration​

Enable the 'Server GC Mode' in the Data Service Configuration File for additional signal logging performance.

The Concurrent Signal Processing module controls the number of groups that will be processed simultaneously. If required, the concurrency can be reduced by setting the MaxConcurrentSignalLoggerWorkers setting in the data service configuration file. Set to 0 to allow automatic maximum concurrency.
