Bulk Messaging
From Maintenance > General > Messaging Queue messages can be sent to multiple destinations:
- Manual Destination Manually enter a destination (i.e. phone number or email address)
- User After selecting a task use the Search users by client button to search and select users to be included.
- Client After selecting a task use the Open client search and use results button to search and select clients to be included.
Messages can be manually entered or a Handlebars Template from the selected task's Message Formats can be used.
note
When sending messages from the Messaging Queue, templates will not have access to additional data such as information from clients or activations. Any templates that rely on additional data will fail to load when used here.
