This patch release is an update to Patriot 6.13.15.4 including the following improvements:

• Added support for Signal Replace to the "System Tech" task.
• Added support for retry configuration to the "Link Mobility" task.
• Added a system-wide setting Include Prefixes in Call Log - operators can now omit dialling prefixes from logged call numbers, on by default.
• Fixed an issue where duplicate users in a user data import were not merged.
