Key Highlights
AXIS Camera Station Pro Integration
Patriot now integrates with AXIS Camera Station Pro (ACS Pro), the video management software from Axis Communications.
Operators can view live streams from cameras connected to ACS Pro servers in both the Desktop Client and ICA.
System event logs from ACS Pro servers can also be retrieved and logged as signals against the matching client and zone.

User Custom Fields
Building upon the Client Custom Fields introduced in 6.14.4, Custom Fields can now be configured for users. User custom fields can hold either a single value shared across all of a user's clients, or a value specific to the user on one client.
User custom fields are available in both the Desktop Client and ICA.

Location and Port Action Plan Redirect Conditions
Operators can now redirect alarms for every client in an area in one step. During a flood, bushfire or city-wide power outage, a single redirect rule can send low-priority alarms from the affected area to an alternative Action Plan, without editing each client.
Action Plan Redirect Rules now support Country, State, City, Region and Port conditions.
Other Improvements
- Added support for Milestone XProtect 2026 R1. To use it, install the updated Milestone Client Task Files and the Patriot Milestone Task Component. Read the docs
- Added support in ICA for sharing a client's camera view by URL. Opening the link loads the selected cameras in the same order. Available for all ICA-supported cameras.
- Added user custom fields to client data import and export. Custom field values are now included as columns on the client and user records they belong to.
- Added search, grouping (by computer or task type) and sorting (by task number or description) to Task Maintenance in the Desktop Client.
- Improved field length limits: user names, type descriptions and zone areas now allow 100 characters; signal descriptions 300; panel, keypad and power location 150. Type and zone instructions no longer have a character limit.
- Improved task numbering so task numbers are no longer limited to values below 1000.
- Improved client data import so client Action Plans can be assigned to global Response Plans.
- Fixed duplicate emails when sending work order reports from the Desktop Client. A work order note is now logged when the report is sent, and the send button is disabled until the work order is saved.
- Fixed recurring patrol jobs being created an hour early or late after a daylight saving change when the client is in a different time zone to the Patriot server.
- Fixed database deadlock errors when bulk deleting clients.
- Fixed line breaks being removed from multi-line fields, such as site and user instructions, when exporting clients to CSV.
- Fixed client data import discarding all of a client's Response Plan assignments when the same Action Plan was assigned more than once.
- Fixed Admin Tools not saving changes to the Data Service SQL password and API token signing keys.
- Restored the ICA First Response "Extend Schedule" option to only appear for Late to Close and Open Out of Hours alarms.
