Key Highlights
Messaging Client API
Patriot integrators can now add support for new SMS gateways and messaging platforms without waiting for a Patriot update. The Messaging Client API exposes Patriot's messaging pipeline (First Response, automated messaging, delivery notifications), to external clients, so integrations ship independently of the Patriot release cycle.
If your messaging platform or SMS gateway is not already linked to Patriot's messaging features such as automated messaging and First Response, contact Patriot Support to discuss support for additional gateways.
Solosafe Lone Worker Device Support
Patriot support for Solosafe mPERS devices is now in beta, via the Eview Personal Alarm Communication protocol. As this is implemented at protocol level, a range of additional devices are compatible including the Eview EV-07B series, EV-04, EV-05 and EV-06. Refer to your supplier for configuration details and compatibility confirmation.
