Patriot Patch Release 6.13.12.5

This patch release is an update to Patriot 6.13.12.4 including the following improvements:

Added support for SMS Tasks to Web Dispatch notifications
Added a new "SIA Decimal By Zone" signal interpreter option
Improved Plink Patrol Run Sheet loading time
Improved Patriot desktop client integrated browser memory management
Fixed an issue where Restore Due report included internal system results
Fixed an issue where "Allow Multiple" client groupings were limited to 2
Fixed an issue where the "Link Mobility" task was not usable in response plans
Fixed an issue where work orders generated from signals would have incorrect signal times in the description
Fixed an issue with the MasterCharge filter on GraphQL not applying
Fixed an issue that could prevent billing batch creation for first-time Patriot users
Fixed an issue where charges may not auto-assign to a work order
Fixed an issue with Guardlink receiver that could result in duplicate work orders
Fixed an issue with the Twilio and Telekom Slovenije tasks that could report errors despite messages sending successfully
Removed deprecated accounting field "AccountNo" from reports
