Patriot 6.14.2 Released

We are excited to announce the release of Patriot 6.14.2.

Building upon Patriot 6.14.1 this release includes the following new features:

  • ICA Dashboard Panel Updates
  • Modern XL/Word report file formats
  • Other improvements and bug fixes

ICA Dashboard Panel Updates​

New Dashboard Panels are available in ICA:

  • Added Activations by Reason pie chart panel.
  • Added Work Orders by Category pie chart panel.
  • Added "Clients with test-modes" panel, counting clients with test modes instead of total test mode records.
  • Improved filtering in Activation and Work Order panels.

  • XL/Word reports render as .xlsx/.docx files, replacing legacy .xls/.doc binary formats.
  • Updated the video streaming software library used by Network Video Stream and NX Cloud tasks.
  • Added a new "SIA Decimal By Zone" signal interpreter option

  • Added support for SMS Tasks to Web Dispatch notifications

  • Fixed an issue that could prevent billing batch creation for first-time Patriot users
  • Fixed an issue with the Twilio and Telekom Slovenije tasks that could report errors despite messages sending successfully
  • Fixed an issue with Guardlink receiver that could result in duplicate work orders
  • Fixed an issue in the Client Charge Transaction history where invoices with a "Committing" status showed as "Error"
  • Fixed an issue where Dispatch Job image uploads may not display in Patriot
  • Fixed an issue where the Admin tool could unset the SSL Certificate when changing the value
  • Fixed issues preventing changing some client fields via API
  • Removed deprecated accounting field "AccountNo" from reports

As a consequence of the video streaming software library update, an update to FFmpeg is required on Patriot Task servers hosting the Network Video Stream or NX Cloud tasks.
