Patriot 6.13.14 Released

We are excited to announce the release of Patriot 6.13.14.

Building upon Patriot 6.13.13.1 this release includes the following new features:

  • Auditing Operator Access to Client Records ⭐
  • Dahua DoLynk Reference Frame added to Video Verification

Key Highlights​

Auditing Operator Access to Client Records​

Patriot now logs operator access to client records with a System Event type of 65243, giving administrators an audit trail of what operators are viewing.

Dahua DoLynk Reference Frames​

Patriot can now automatically capture a reference frame image for each camera on a Dahua DoLynk enabled site each time the site is armed. This reference frame image is then displayed in the bottom right quadrant of the video verification event view during an alarm response.

Other Improvements​

  • Fixed an issue with the task service where "service stopped" could be signalled prematurely on shutdown which in Windows clustered environments could prevent shutdown completing cleanly.
  • Fixed an issue with SQL database collation that could prevent upgrade script completing.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent receiving multi-part messages from SMS global gateway.
  • Fixed an issue that could cause errors when viewing Standard Media alarm verification events from the Windows client.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent client signal history from loading in the Windows client if signal(s) with invalid standard media URL(s) were present.
  • Improved Bulk Adding Users without a call order in ICA.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent Floor Plan image uploads in the Windows Client.
  • Fixed an issue with the Patrol Map view in the Windows client.
  • Fixed an issue where TCP server tasks would log remote device disconnections as errors during shutdown.
  • Added support for "Assigned To" and "Request By" editing of work orders in ICA.
  • Fixed an issue with DoLynk camera tab switching between Live and Event tabs.
  • Fixed an issue that could prevent Floor Plan image upload from the Windows client.
  • Twilio Task now applies the Prefix setting to adhoc messages (e.g. whatsapp:).
