ICA Patrol Job History Map​

Gain instant visibility into where and when patrol activity takes place with the interactive Patrol History Map, available from the Patrol Job run-sheet in ICA.

Quickly view:

  • On-site and off-site patroller locations
  • Geofence Zone Radius
  • Patroller location when completing Job Items (Geofence, scancode, manual, etc...)
  • Photo upload location
  • Note upload location

This visual, easy-to-use map helps verify patrol activity, improve accountability, and review job history with confidence.

Added ability to customise job data sent on outbound GuardLink jobs. This feature allows monitoring stations to customise the structured Dispatch Request data sent on jobs based on the type of job or which dispatch provider is used. This is particularly useful when sending jobs to dispatch providers that require information to be sent in a specific structure.

Added alarm receiver support for multiple Patriot clients per Milestone server, improving compatibility for sites where Milestone infrastructure is shared across multiple monitored accounts.

Support for Latest Provision SDK​

You can now use the latest Provision SDK (v1.3.1) for improved stability and compatibility with the latest Provision video devices and firmware.

It is recommended to update the Provision client files to v1.3.1 for both Patriot Client and Task Service. Old Provision client files may have compatibility issues on certain features or alarm types.
